At VenAura, we are committed to providing premium-quality attars and fragrances crafted with care. Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, we maintain a clear and fair return policy to ensure hygiene and product integrity.

1. Returns

We accept returns only under specific circumstances.

You may request a return if:

  • You receive a damaged product

  • You receive the wrong product

  • The product packaging is tampered with upon delivery

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Your request must include:

  • Order number

  • Photos or videos of the product

  • Description of the issue

Once our team verifies the issue, we will process the return or replacement.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened fragrance bottles

  • Used products

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Products damaged due to misuse

3. Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product is received by us:

  • The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

4. Replacement Policy

In case of:

  • Damaged product

  • Incorrect product delivery

VenAura may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

6. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to an error on our side (wrong or damaged product), VenAura will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return request does not meet our return conditions, the customer may be responsible for the shipping charges.
